Whiskey on The Rocks brought together the world’s leading Whisky innovators, producers, storytellers and experiences for an immersive 4 day roaming festival throughout The Rocks in Sydney. The festival had something for first-time sippers and cocktail lovers, right through to long-time Whiskey enthusiasts.

Dubliner Irish Whiskey teamed up with Sydney's oldest Irish pub, the legendary Mercantile Hotel. Driven by big flavours, good times and shared experiences, the brand activation came to life with wall decals, signage, posters, bunting, A-frames and custom menus in celebration of Whiskey on the Rocks.
